Some very interesting imagery here. Andrew Lundwall understands and communicates sensuality well. One can only wish there were more poems to get a better idea of style. Worth a read - several times over! Grady Harp
A precise abstract armature floating a vaguely noirish tale of sex and booze with a jazzy classical soundtrack and animal intrusions; dotted throughout with exotic specifics - speaking antler, blaring estrogen encampment, dance pancreatic armadillo.
Well done, but not quite enough tooth for my tastes. I love these micro-chapbooks though - they provide and demand focus, and allow and encourage numerous readings.
