Outlines the dietary substitutions readers can employ to burn fat instead of storing it, the exercises that have the greatest impact on body fat, and other weight-reduction tips
I read this book when it first came out. Now that I am older and have had some issues with my cholesterol numbers, I have switched back to a low fat diet. Anyone looking for a fairly easy way to lose weight and improve your cholesterol should consider this book. Low fat eating isn’t for everyone, but neither is low carb or keto. I find this diet to be the easiest for my lifestyle. I dropped weight that I really was not looking to lose and I relax a bit on the weekends and I never gain any of it back. As someone with a congenital heart defect, I really feel that low fat eating is the safest, healthiest way to eat. Just my opinion, supported by my cardiologist. This book has some good recipes and is a quick read.
