Universāla, visiem gadījumiem, kultūrām, reliģijām. Lai gan sarakstīta krietni sen, aizvien vairums ieteikumu aktuāli un noderīgi. Latviešu valodas izdevums papildināts ar informāciju Latvijas kontekstā (interesanti par senajām latviešu kāzu tradīcijām).

This book is written in 2000, and you can tell it is dated. It's very general, with an overview of common wedding items: photography, wedding dress, flowers, etc. About a quarter of the book is made up of worksheets, for budgeting, recording gifts, recording guest RSVPS, and many other things. I copied one or two of them (it is a library book) but for the most part find Excel charts to be much more useful. I will stick to online wedding planning, but it didn't hurt to look at.

I don't know... so far, it's kind of old-fashioned. Not very 'me.'

Yeah, too traditional. There might be some interesting points in here, but I have a feeling that with the bridal book industry being as vast as it is, you could find better.

This and a good etiquette book (plus www.theknot.com) are really all you need unless you're planning something crazy for your wedding.
