If you only read one book on Australian sharemarket investing, it must be this one. A comprehensive overview of all you need to know, using simple examples and explanations. Even as a seasoned sharemarket investor, there was plenty of material to consider in a new light.

I purchased this 2nd edition at a second hand bookshop in Merimbula for $20. Probably one of the wisest investments I’ve ever made!

This book was useful to go through the examples. I want to look for a more updated one now to ensure that I have the most up to date info. The examples and scenarios in this book are great if you are just starting out. I have saved money by going through them and made some too. This is a good read.

Easy to navigate through this book since it simplifies all the jargon used. Also offers general advice for people who are interested to begin their journey into the share market. More emphasis however is placed on short term trading vs. long term investing.

What a fantastic resource, as written and developed in a sensible and logical manner. One of my valuable resources in this space.

Basically learning the skills needed for trading formatted as a school textbook...

Fundamentally good sound advice but alas like always the end results captured are merely the conclusions of the powers to be that are poised in the balance of probability....

No hidden treasure by far well at least for me...
