I saw Ms Smith on THE QUILT SHOW. (SORRY, I can not remember which episode.) She demonstrated her technique for making these quilt blocks and it looked like an easy type of curve technique. Her trunk show on TQS was exquisite.

Her explanations of color selection, making of strata, how to avoid bowing in stratas and how to make the templates and sew the circle pieces. Although templates are provided, Ms Smith explains how to make your own designs and templates to make your own patterns.

If you like circle quilts this might be the book for you
