This book was the most comprehensive and well written book on nutrition/neurochemistry I have ever read. I was excited to keep reading. This is an important book for anyone with a brain (that's all of us!) I loved this book and will be making changes to my diet to correct some imbalances brought to my attention from it. Woo!
