Berkembang dg cukup baik, kehadiran para tokoh2 baru macam Tomoe lalu si kembar jenius yg beralik arah serta Keith.
Khas shounen tentunya (sy belum merasakan feel seinennya) menjadi petualangan utk menguak kebenaran terkait arms

Introducing the genius twins Al and Jeff Jeff die , Keith (final boss?)

- Baddies keep explaining their porpouse
- "Weekly Enemy" syndrome
- Draws are pretty meh, expecially the neck is really too long
- Ryo is a pretty "Mary Sue"
