This is the first book to document the work of Japanese sculptor Kengiro Azuma, whose dramtic sculptural installations have been shown and collected internationally, in Italy, Holland, the United States, Switzerland, and Czechoslovakia. Born in Japan, Kengiro Azuma studied art in Tokyo where he first became acquainted with the work of the Italian artist Marino Marini who has had a life-long influence on his aesthetic.
