A wonderful book on the history of weddings! I never knew our current traditions were even done during the Roman era. Very informative, really fun and you can tell that the author really knows her stuff. Adorned with beautiful illustrations, this book really is a gem, whether you are getting married or, like me, just want to know more about the history of weddings! I only wished it was a bit longer and more in-depth but other than that I really loved it! :)

Interesting to know where some of the traditions come from. Wow, the Queen Victoria had quite an influence on culture.
