I have just discovered this book tucked away in the back of my bookshelf. A colleague gave it to me to read two years ago when I was going through a really tough patch. Obviously I wasn't ready then, but yes, it seems to have jumped out at me tonight, and it seems to revolve around a topic that has been plaguing me for a while, so maybe fortuitously this is the right time for me to read this book now!
