I enjoyed the adventures of Miles O'Malley and his horse, Paul. They join forces thanks to Nick, aka Satan. Nick is just one of the fun and interesting characters Miles will meet; there are ghosts, Martian and other monsters, demons, angels from heaven and hell; they all have their own agendas, and they just keep coming. Miles will need all the help Paul can give him. There are pieces of history thrown in too. Miles and Paul cover a lot of territory 'cause this west is wild and often weird--and definitely fun.
