This book has many sequences for one hour yoga for beginners to intermediate practitioners. If you are a yoga teacher or someone wants to do yoga at home but not sure what pose to do, what sequence to build, please follow the sequence given in this book. These sequences are combination of standing, seated, balance and supine poses. I have also added some 15 - 20 mins quick yoga sequences to do after work, early morning or night for the people who wants to start with minimum time.
