In 1943, a World War II bomber on a training mission crashed in a marsh near Cat's Paw Cove. According to local legend, on every Winter Solstice, mysterious lights appear near the crash site. If budding photojournalist Casey Blessing can dig a story out of this myth, it could be the career boost she needs. But she can't do it alone. She partners with Thomas Hudson who claims to be an aviation historian. Casey is attracted to the enigmatic stranger, but his uncanny knowledge of the crash can't be just coincidence. Could she be falling in love with a ghost?

The inspiration behind my book MULTIPLE BLESSINGS: Book 3 in the Magic Potter Series was the true love story of Billie and Peggy Harris.
In July 1944, during the height of World War II, U.S. Pilot Lt. Billie D. Harris died when his P-51 Mustang was shot down over France. Due to a series of government miscommunications, Billie's bride of six weeks, Peggy, was never told what had actually happened to her husband.
Seventy-seven years later, she was informed that Billie had diverted his plane into the woods rather than crash into the small town of Les Ventes. To this day, Lt. Harris is revered as a hero in that town.
Peggy never remarried. She died in April 2020
"Billie was married to me all of his life. And I choose to be married to him all of my life."
REVIEW This is such a wonderful heartfelt story. We are transported back to the past, during World War II when a horrible crash occurred near Cat's Paw Cove. Casey has powers just like many in Cat's Paw Cove but she doesn't always want to relive things or use them. She wants to do photography. However, someone needs her help... And now to open the eyes of one doubtful Thomas who needs to find an ending for his grandmother. Casey is attracted to him from the start and she feels the weight he is carrying. Casey decides to do what she can to help him find his closure, as well as perhaps further her career. A very old crash, a mischievous cat named Scarlett, and a magical town bring tons of blessings. This story is very well written and I enjoyed it very much.
I loved the magic, the romance, and the mystery of this book. I enjoyed the details of the characters and surroundings, and the wit as well. It was an easy before bed read, and I look forward to reading other books by this author.
