When a US Navy SEAL and successful CEO of multiple businesses gives advice on strategic thinking, I tend to pay attention. SEALs tend to do everything to the extreme, so there are high expectations from their advice.

Marty delivers another well-written book, complete with awesome SEALs anecdotes, on how to be visionary.

One of the unique aspects this book is the detailed start with first principles of leadership values and self mastery. This is not just about thinking visionary, but bringing all aspects of self to the visionary process.

Highlights include the application of story boarding to the visioning process.
