A easy book to read and a clean one. I hope urcelia would become a New York bestseller author because her books are very good. I gave it five stars

I want to read other books by Teixeira. This thriller is full of faith, and she gives God all the glory for her writing ability. 4/5 stars.

This book starts out with a bang and just keeps going. This great story winds through new and old places and characters, disrupting many lives who are far away and return to Turtle Cove. There are many times for the primary character to change his destructive life path but he resists all of the opportunities presented. His grace abounds in this book and really touches the reader to tears at times. I found it to be a real blessing that I needed! I can’t wait for the one in this enthralling series! Thanks, Urcelia - please keep writing!

Another excellent read by Urcelia Teixeira!!! "Lucky Lenny" has had a hard life. A brutal childhood. His father was a harsh man who took out his frustrations and life's failures on Lenny. He protected his sister and paid a price. Emotionally and physically. He's a gambler. Always one more roll of the dice. Doesn't work. He has been beaten and left for dead on the side of the road. Then, he is given one more chance to redeem himself. Failure again. Now the people he owes money too are holding his sister hostage. They will kill her as well as him if he doesn't pay up. Lenny is a survivor who who won't back down to no one. Especially, if it involves his sister. With the help of friends of his sister he embarks on a rescue mission with failure as almost a given. He discovers help from an unlikely source. He's never been a religious person or believed in God. Slowly, he does now. A stupendous read!!

Is it fate, or by design? Book 2 in the Turtle Cove Christian novels, will have you wondering that same question as you follow “Lucky” Lenny, through his journey to find his place in GOD’s plan. Action, suspense, and twists abound as you “walk a mile” in this man’s shoes. It is truly so enjoyable and inspirational to read.

Thrilling ending!
I have read all her books and they just keep getting better. This plot revolved around Lucky Lenny and his despair at always being on the losing end. But his luck runs out when a mobster threatens his beloved sister. The ending is pulse-pounding and will keep the reader up at night until the end.

Good Story
A slow starting story that gets faster as the stakes get more dire. A low level mob courier is given a package to deliver by a certain time. The package is no good if late. Consequences are the death of a loved one. The package was stolen now what? This is a clean uplifting read. I liked it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It was fast paced and entertaining with encouraging scripture and Christian beliefs. I could not put it down and eagerly await the next in series.

A Good Plan is a excellent read. This author can pull you in with such description that I was on the edge of my seat. Of course I love how she brings God into these situations that show His love and mercy even for the most wayward.

Ten stars!!! Urcelia Teixeira brings a 10 star read in this thrilling tale of Lucky Lenny that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. This is a Christian suspense thriller and it’s finest!
Urcelia has an incredible talent for writing and bringing her characters to life beautifully in full color with multidimensional personalities. I love her innate ability to make you feel the characters emotions, inner struggles, fears, despair and pain and the ultimate joy that you are not alone but that God is there waiting for you. She pulls you into the heart of the characters and seamlessly makes you one with the story.
A man conditioned from early childhood Lenny spent a lifetime relying on luck and now his luck has run out. Not only are the bookies after him, but he’s enraged a crime boss who will stop at nothing to get what he wants, even kidnapping Lenny’s beloved sister, the mayor of Turtle Cove’s wife. and so the adventure begins with all the intrigue, mystery and heart racing suspense as Pastor Adam, utilizes his unique skills and the help of friends to help Lenny rescue his sister.
Pastor Adam Cross is a wonderful character who’s lived his own journey and had his faith shaken to its core. He a powerful inspiration to the people of Turtle Cove.

For all of his life Lenny has relied on luck to get him through, but he has pushed it too far this time and enraged bookies and the crime boss are after his hide. Using his sister as leverage they want Lenny to retrieve a package that was taken from him.
When the mayor and Adam find out what is happening they are shocked and dismayed. Adam volunteers to go with Lenny to find and retrieve the package in order to save Carrie.
The adventure is just beginning as they set off to try and save Carrie, using military friends of Adam’s because law enforcement appears compromised.
With the twists, and turns that keep happening will Lenny finely realize that God has always been in his life and change his ways.

• I liked the theme the author used of putting your trust in the Lord for He has a plan. It was wonderfully presented.
• Lenny was a well developed interesting character on the verge of finding out about the Lord. What plan does the Lord have for Lenny?
• I enjoyed this Christian suspense immensely. The author caught my attention immediately with Lenny's plight. I enjoyed the intrigue that was present from the beginning until the end.
• I liked that Adam had a very unique and necessary skill that was needed to help Lenny free his sister, Carrie, from a crime organization.

Just what would you do if you made a plan and everytime it turned out wrong, this is what poor "Lucky Lenny " has lived with his entire life. This story will keep you reading from cover to cover as you try to follow Lenny and his wild dreams of a better future. Pastor Adam has a major part in this story as he tries to help Lenny. Lenny happens to have a sister who lives in Turtle Cove, the place that Adam is from. I really enjoyed how the author took the title of this book and made it fit perfectly with the book. God does have a good plan for every one of us but we have to be willing to see it .

I came to enjoy Urcelia Teixeira as an author in her Alex Hunt series. She hasn't lost her touch in her new Adam Cross series. "Every Good Plan" is book 2 in this series ("Every Good Gift" is book # 1 which I'd recommend you read for background info but you'll still like "plan" on it's own). In Every Good Plan we follow the life & travails of one Lucky Lenny -- he's had a rough life & continues to fall on hard times despite his best efforts to turn things around with "sure things" that somehow always seem to go wrong. Lots of action & suspense on this story ... all the while with a "message" & being clean -- a novel approach nowadays. I enjoyed this story & recommend it if you like suspense stores with twists & turns.

Very powerful story!
The struggle is very real! How many of us have made one bad decision after another fully thinking "This time I'm going to get it right!"? We might not make some of the doozies this lead character makes, but I can fully relate to really struggling to make the right choice, feeling certain it was the right choice, then following through...only to have it fail so miserably that I wonder how to move forward. Yet, we pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, and keep on going. In this time, in this completely bizarre world we find ourselves trapped in right now, this is a story I can fully relate to. God bless each one of us and I will see you all on the flip side! <3

Every good plan one makes has its ups and downs. This is appropriate for this book as the title gives you a glimpse into the people who are in this novel.
Everyone is hopeful of their own individual plan. They are disappointed that everything does not always go their way or with the people around them. Faith ties all of these characters together and with faith they are able to face danger, disaster, depression, and deviants.
Draw energy from there exploits and feel a silent hand at work.
Please read this first depressing but then uplifting book. Enjoy.

Another suspenseful thriller by Urcelia! The story was well plotted out with a lot of fast-paced action. Lenny has got enmeshed with criminal elements. His sister's life is threatened as a consequence. He does not believe in God and considers himself unlucky when all his plans go haywire. Until he meets Pastor Adam Cross whose faith in God is unshakeable. Will God help him to save his sister? God's plans are always good. Will Lenny finally learn that nothing is impossible with God?
