I enjoyed this read. J. Swift has made an intriguing character in Mikey. I liked that I spent most of the book alternating between being sort of irritated by Mikey, but also feeling kind of sad for her, but despite that, I couldn't help but root for her to succeed. I'm definitely going to keep reading this series to see where Mikey goes next!

This has everything you could want.
The Scottish main character is my spirit animal.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not sure about how Mikey is written, but it doesn't stop her becoming your favourite character.

Mikey is my swearing spirit animal and Cas is my personal favourite. Written very well, easy to read. I'd love to know more about mikeys back story though.
