Fun to read. Lots of interesting tidbits. It is interesting to see how their weather predictions match up with the real weather we get.

I have been a dedicated reader of this annual publication for decades (my oldest copy dates from 1979, when a cell phone was a landlines in the prison). I confess that I am less interested in the weather forecasts, and more interested in the other fun features.

Besides a host of tables of all kinds (heat indexes, when to plant cucumbers, when the cat will have her kittens, and who a second cousin once removed would be), each issue also has articles about food, gardening, fishing, and astronomy for the coming year. I bookmark two sections: the single page for both "Flowers and Herbs That Attract Butterflies " and "Flowers That Attract Hummingbirds", and the Calendar page for the current month.

I love this publication, and will keep this 2024 Edition ready for when I retire the 2023 Edition.
