Loved this book. Really inventive, fantastic language.

This is a beautifully written collection of award-winning short stories. As with any collection, some stories will resonate more than others. My personal favourites are: 'Green Glass', 'L for Laura; L for Love', 'Spectacles, Testicles, Wallet & Watch', and 'The Quarry'. Every story is constructed meticulously. These are not stories to skim read; they are best savoured. Highly recommended for lovers of literary fiction.
