Errors Everywhere

Let me start by saying that this one star rating has nothing to do with the content of this book. The content is just fine.

This book earned a one star rating because it has more textual errors than I have ever seen. Wordsruntogether constantly. (That was an example not a mistake). The biggest error is that chapter two is actually at the back of the book.

It is a shame that someone has to pay $9.99 for a book with this many problems. Did anyone proofread this book? Did anyone even bother to look at whether the chapters were in correct order? All of these issues make this book difficult and frustrating to read.
