This book helped me greatly. I really can't thank the authors enough for writing it. It gave me coping strategies, and most importantly, it gave me hope when I was starting to think that I'd have to live with terrible anxiety for the rest of my life. This book brought me back from emo, and while I still have panic attacks from time to time, they aren't as frequent, and I manage them so much better than I used to. If you're having problems with panic attacks, I definitely recommend this book.
This book gave me coping strategies and the realization that I am letting my panic control my thoughts and actions. Very helpful. Since I started reading this book, I have used the B Talk as well as other techniques, and I have noticed improvements.
I wish this book would have talked more about other types of anxiety’s rather than mainly focusing on agoraphobic. But thought it had some helping techniques for not avoiding anxiety but embracing it.
This is THE book that helped me get off of benzodiazepines and go from a housebound agoraphobic to traveling the world. Highly recommend this method and book!!
