Mattie is such a caring person and a loving friend! And Jake is so wonderful and scared of what could happen to her! They were meant to be and i loved reading this story! It was romantic and quick to read.

Yaşadıkları yerde çok dedikodu olacağı için bunun için Sdyney'de işlemleri yapmaya karar vermişlerdir. Mattie Sdyney'deki eve gelip yerleşeceği sırada evde bir kişinin daha kaldığını görünce çok şaşırır. Jake ise Sdyney'e arkadaşının tavsiyesiyle gelmiştir.

Mattie telah bersedia untuk menjadi "surrogate mother" untuk sahabatnya Gina. Embrio hasil fertilisasi dari Gina dan suaminya akan ditanamkan pada rahim Mattie. Untuk itu, Mattie akan tinggal di Sidney selama 1 tahun. Will, kakak Gina, mempunyai flat kosong yang bs ditinggali Mattie selama di Sidney.

Tapi ternyata ada kesalahpahaman antara Mattie dan Will. Salah seorang teman Will ternyata menggunakan flat itu selama seminggu. Mattie tidak keberatan berbagi flat untuk seminggu, tapi tentu saja dia tidak bisa melepaskan pesona Jake. Jake sendiri juga tanpa disadari jatuh cinta pada Mattie yang baik hati dan suka menolong orang lain. Meski Mattie jatuh cinta pada Jake, dia sadar sepenuhnya ketika Jake mengatakan tidak ada masa depan untuk mereka.

Jake kembali ke Mongolia, tempatnya bekerja sebagai ahli lingkungan. Tentu saja dia tidak bisa melupakan Mattie. Mattie sendiri melanjutkan hidupnya dengan menjalani implantasi embrio. Tidak lama kemudian Mattie mengandung bayi kembar. Beberapa bulan kemudian, Jake yang masih mencintai Mattie, kembali ke Sidney dan menemui Mattie yang tengah hamil.

Wuih...ga kebayang deh bagaimana baiknya Mattie ini sampai dia mau menjadi Ibu untuk anak-anak sahabatnya. Menjalani masa kehamilan anak kembar seorang diri tentunya sangat sulit. Tidak heran jika Mattie diberi nama Saint Mathilda. Karakter Jake sendiri juga gampang untuk dicintai.

Excellent
