Well, I could possibly suffer from chronic adultitis. The eight secrets were not earth- shattering to me, but they did help to remind me to stress less about work and try to make it more fun. The book also took a religious turn at secret seven that was unexpected. After finishing this book, I will give the 40-day plan to cure adultitis a shot and see where that goes. I'm hoping that it's worthwhile.
This is one of those books like Tuesdays with Morrie that make you grateful for what you have and guilty because you need to read a book like this to remember how lucky you are.
The author reviews 8 qualities children have that allow them to be happy. And reminds young professionals and tired parents to basically stop and smell the roses. I'm all for Escaping Adulthood!!!
