Love so Life was one of those manga that makes your heart transform in a better one. I loved all of the characters because even if they have flaws, once you see them in a new light you cannot put yourself in his shoes and understand him. If only real life will be full of pure heart people that are kind and not quick to judge Earth would be a better place.
I loved how we see how you must take care of children and I loved the twins so much. The romance relationships that took place in this manga gave me a lot of life lessons and also brought a few tears in my eyes.
Go read this manga because it is full of precious life lessons from the way you should take care of children and love them to what truly means loving a person!
I finally finished reading this entire series this morning. I've followed Love So Life on and off for over a year now so the fact that is done leaves me with mixed feelings. I'm sad....but also high on cuteness overload! This manga was absolutely adorable. It follows an orphan girl who babysits this pair of twins and through them discovers family. It is not a super fast moving drama but it is extremely sweet and satisfying. I frequently found myself re-reading portions just for the pleasure of it. Definitely worth the time!
This is such a heartwarming series. It's mostly slice of life, and although it's tagged as a shoujo genre, it feels more like a josei due to the plot. While the romance is slow to develop, it's in no way non existent, in fact i like that they don't fall in love overnight. The twins are also so adorable, certainly add great humor to the story.
Honestly i think even the biggest scrooge would not be able to be moved!

Ngikutin komik ini karena tergoda ripyuw-2 di forum & nemu di obralan (^,^) Dulu pernah jadi guru les.., aku di-bully sama anak-2 playgroup itu~ (*≧ω≦*)
A cute story about a orphaned girl wanting to run a daycare and how one man struggles to raise his niece and nephew(the twins). The main character works at a daycare and the twins get attached to her so the uncle ends up hiring her as the twins main babysitter so he can do his job better and have the twins be raised better.
Somtimes the story gets sad almost every chapter. And each chapter sorta wastes space by telling the reason of what she(main character) wants to do or constantly saying the twins she's babysitting parents died(the mom died the dad ran away leaving the kids with there uncle) and saying her parents died, like every chapter the main character tells us this. Almost like the Bakugan opening when Dan tells us how the Bakugan got there(every single epsiode) so thats pretty annoying with this manga. The art style is nice,It's an older manga so the art style is a bit older, the inking is a bit dark and the lines get sorta rough looking at times but its worth the read. I really enjoyed it. Not much drama which is pretty good! Somtimes the story gets confusing and it gets hard to identify other characters when the story jumps around so much. I went through one chapter thinking a character was another character. Its complicated to explain in all honesty. Its also hard to tell where the main character is half the story, one point she's at a daycare(or orphanage idk) it never really says. She bounces around alot so her location constantly pops from one place to another.
I really really enjoyed the story,it was cute and heartwarming but little things ended up making my rating a 3 star. Hopefully I enjoy the other volumes a bit more.

Kaede Kouchi's "Love So Life, Vol. 1" is a cute, sweet story about Shiharu Nakamura, a student who loves children and takes a job babysitting for Seiji Matsunaga. Shiharu does an excellent job with the twins, Akane and Aoi, because she truly loves children. The twins are totally cute and contribute quite a bit of humor to the story. The relationship between Shiharu and the twin's uncle progresses slowly, but other than that, the story hits slow spots and can become a bit too slow moving at times. In spite of this, it is a totally cute manga and I would not hesitate to read more in the series.

Shiharu is an orphan who babysits for baby-twins Aoi and Akane -who, by the way, are really cute-. She maybe be 16-years-old but she is very mature. Her memories with her mom are emotional; it is not merely a shoujo about a lonely girl in the world who is nice (which it is) but at the same time, it is not cliche. She is likeable and not silly; maybe naive sometimes but there is no doubt she is very good with children.
Matsunaga is the love interest: much older than Shiharu(9 years-older) but he is funny and a good guy. And although he is the 'hot guy', he is not serious like it is usual.
Oh...my...gosh. Soooooooo cute! Probably more like 4.5/5. If you like Shiawasse Kissa San-choume (Happy Cafe in the English version) you will LOVE this. It's got a similar feel to it, thought both hero and heroine are way smarter than Shindou and Uru.
If you're ever in need of a seriously adorable manga, this is the one you need to turn to. Adorable kids, heartwarming situations, and I swear I'm going to try some of the technique here with my children one day :D
Shiharu is literally a mom stuck in a 16 year old body. If you stopped acting so old, an old guy won't be interested in you. PEDO-VIBES or as manga would put it lolicon...
This would've been a 4 star series for me, except the ending was quite abrupt. It almost felt like the mangaka suddenly realized she only had limited chapters to wrap up the rest of the series, so she had to hurry things along and things felt rushed because of that.
**Warning: Spoilers Ahead**
What I liked: -Artwork was adorable. Bring on all the large sparkling shoujo eyes and cute outfits! The kids Aoi and Akane in particular were the cutest, especially when they were wearing costumes -Romance build up was slow but solid, though sometimes the slow pace was frustrating for me -The story is pure and wholesome. Shiharu has never truly experienced having a family before, so it was so heartwarming to see her slowly go through these experiences with Seiji and the twins at the Matsunaga household -Maybe because I'm an only child, I don't know how to interact with young kids. I was blown away by how good Shiharu was at managing Aoi and Akane. I know it's only a manga, but I was really impressed by how she explained things to them and taught them important life lessons so effortlessly -Rio and Takeru's relationship
What I didn't like: -Would've liked to see more romance, which often took a backseat to Shiharu taking care of the twins -Seiji's confession to her with the ring was super abrupt. AND WHY TEN YEARS!? -The sudden 6 year time jump after the twins moved to Shizuoka with their grandparents was also quite abrupt -I can't believe Shiharu and Seiji barely interacted with each other in those 6 years. I know he needed to focus on his career, and she on her education, but it's frustrating to read about, especially when they both love each other so much. There was one questionable kiss at the end and that's it.... I've read there's a sequel series, but still, not cool to leave the fans hanging like that -It sounded like Nao-kun was slowly starting to open up to the crazy girl following him around confessing to him constantly. I can't stand that girl and really hope they don't get together
This is definitely one cute and fuzzy read. I just love everything about this story, the characters, the scenes, the drawings - everything is just so pretty. And speaking of drawing, I took lots of photos of the twins, they're just so adorable I can't help it. And yep, expect some cute images of the twins in the coming days, I have tons 😂
Given that it's cute (can't stress that enough hahaha), this one is a very easy read as well, which is very good at a times like this. Well, I'm not sure if this is a very extreme statement but this manga is basically my lifeline. These days, I easily get tired and stressed out, which doesn't really gives me something to look forward to everyday, but eversince I started this manga, well, everyday has been more... Hmmm, how should I put it, bearable? Whenever I go to bed, I always make time to read few chapters (well, sometimes more hahahaha) and that miraculously gives me a good night sleep.
Sounds too extreme eh? Hahaha, but that just how this manga made me feel. Unfortunately, the ending was just too....simple? But it's still a good ending overall, plus I've got to see the twins growing up happy and well-loved which is really what's the most important thing. Looking for a cute, fun and fuzzy read? LOVE SO LIFE is it!
I re-read this manga after almost 10 years.. it's one of my absolute favourite.
The story is about an orphan girl named Shiharu who works as a part timer in a day cares and comes to become a babysitter for Matsunaga twins, 2 year olds Aoi and Akane. The twins lost their mom due to an accident and their father goes missing after that. So they are left in care of their father's younger brother, Seiji Matsunaga. He is a 25 year old young TV announcer and due to hectic schedules gets Shiharu to be the kids' babysitter.
The manga tells the story of the daily life of Shiharu, Aoi and Akane, and Matsunaga-san. It's cute, fluffy and emotional. Definitely recommend.
I put off reading this manga for years, due to my presumption that there was this uncomfortable age gap that I could not overcome and that the story would not overcome it either. But this isn't a story about love, this is a slice-of-life manga about what happens when a girl finds a family with the most adorable twins and guardian uncle.
For those concerned about the age gap, it's still a bit questionable but that ending and the way they get together is written so well. I couldn't have done it better.
Damn, this is one of the best manga I've read! It is funny, sweet, sad and down-to-earth. No big drama, nothing that feels forced. And it has adorable 2-year-olds! Of course it has romance, but the romance is just a quiet little side plot. The focus is on the development of the four main characters and their relationships - a working adult left with two small children, said twins town from their parents, and a reliable young woman finding a home. I've cried my eyes out, it feels like every second chapter made me cry. Not because of some drama, but because of the characters and their stories. They've all endured hardships and learned to survive and live happily.
About the whole series: a cute story centered around the raising of children. It focused more on the relationship of the babysitter and the children. There was a little bit of a relationship development between the children's guardian and the babysitter, but not much since she's a minor (!!! I really can't get behind love stories between minors and adults) and this story takes place during her high school years. Overall an average read. Nothing super amazing or special about it.
