Rate this book
Come on down to the Texas hill country, pardner, and let’s visit Nanny and Billy Göött’s baby girl Harmony Grettz, advice columnist for the Dunmare Daily News. Relive 2009 with a little different perspective through the lives of Harmony and her family. Pull up your boots and dance at the VFW hall, eat a little bar-b-que, and listen in as tall tales are told of days gone by… Don’t miss this chance to visit the Horeshoe Café, the industrial center, the trailer park, the newspaper office, and all points leading to this sneak peek into the lives of a maybe not so typical American family. Just lean over the fence and you’re liable to hear anything! Dear Harmony by Nelma Jean Bryson is a Texas fairy tale with “once upon a time” and “happily ever after” packed full of surprises in between. Grab your hat and hurry on down to page one!
