Rate this book
Blind is a fantasy novel like “The Lord of the Rings” meets “Alice in Wonderland.” The main character closes his eyes only to open them again in a strange world he could not see. He was blind! This is a novel of a vision of life from the eyes of a boy born without sight. With only wisdom and deep feelings, along with his other senses, he learns to understand and define his world. But then he discovers a world within his world which no other person has entered, save one. Above him a white sun burned in an orange sky. Violet grass grew beneath his feet. Golden trees grew on the slopes of Blue Mountains behind him. To his right stretched a crimson ocean. He had passed through the ancient Nardim and entered another land, the Realm of Celenbrael, the Land of Sight. But he could not see what he was experiencing, since he was blind.
