I never chose to be a writer... Writing chose me. In Romania, we have a popular tradition for when a child's hair it's cut for the first time. Friends and family gather to celebrate the future of the child and the little one is given a tray full of objects. Now, on this tray, you can place anything from money, car keys to food, and pets. Every object is a symbol and it's said that the first three things the child would pick will determine his or her path in life.

My loves, I picked red lipstick, a pencil, and a glass full of whiskey...I picked the romance writer's starting pack.

I was fortunate enough to put my work out into the world, become an author, and share this incredible and uplifting journey with each and every one of you.

When I finished Salvatrice and Diane told me we were still getting one more book in the Malavita series and that it was going to be about Enzo, Gino's son, I got so excited. I love reading about these characters and when you add to it another forbidden romance, well...I'm SOLD!

Enzo is definitely his father's son, such a smooth talker with the perfect balance of sweetness, devotion and possessiveness. When he found his woman that was it, no one else would do and he didn't give up till he had his Queen ruling by his side. Gino teached him well! Ludmila was such a nice surprise. Her situation wasn't the best but she is so strong and brave when it comes to protecting those she loves, she is the perfect addition to the family.

I will say I expected a little more of the ending so it felt a bit rushed to me but other than that like usual I had so much fun reading this book, it had some angst and a lot of steam. I will say though what really got to me was seeing the Nucci family all together, their love and support is so fulfilling. I just love them. Now I can't wait to see what Diane will come up with next!!!

This book is freaking amazing! I can't believe how good it is and to see how 1st gen ended up it's hilarious and I absolutely love seeing everyone. I especially love seeing all the kids everyone had, oh I just died with the munchkins. Wish there was more because it could never be enough.
Enzo you dirty dirty boi!!! I need to stop calling him a boi 🤣. Enzo Nucci is sweet, possessive, kind, and hot n dirty, this description is probably bad idk, he's just everything!
Ludmila my sweet brave protective badass girl u are amazing! The stuff that you do for those you care about is just speechless.
Absolutely loved going on this ride with Enzo and Ludmila they're just perfect together and you are routing for them since day one.
An excellent way to end this Era.

Girl, what is up with you and not doing epilogues? Haha, going into this, I was skeptical because I'm not a fan of cheating, but holy shit this was a fantastic book.

Ludmila was strong and beautiful but still timid. Enzo was so much like his father. These two connected on such a level that warmed my heart. Great book.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH, THE STORY IS AMAZING, THE CHARACTERS ARE AWESOME, I LOVE IT SEEING GINO AND MUSE AGAIN AND THE WHOLE FAMILY, ENZO BECAME A GREAT MAN AND LUDMILA IS SUCH A GOOD CHARACTER, I LOVED THEIR CHEMISTRY AND DEVELOPMENT. THE ONLY FLAWS: THE ENDING IS TOO RUSHED AND THERE IS NO EPILOGUE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS FLAWLESS.
