I gained such a great deal from reading this book. The main story by itself is very inspiring, brave, and relatable. Then the tips and advice bits are so helpful and comforting. I would highly recommend reading this book to anyone!

I haven't got a great presence on social media (no Twitter account, no Instagram, not TikToker), I wanted to read this to see if I was missing out and to see if this could help my service users. No I am still happy to be a social pariah and yes this book will be recommended.
