41 books2 followersPiotr Jaroszyński earned his M.A. in Philosophy in 1979, and his PhD in Philosophy in 1983, both from the Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. His doctoral dissertation was titled "Metaphysics of Beauty: An Attempt to Reconstruct the Classical Conception of Beauty".
In 1983-1984, he continued his research and studies at the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies (Toronto), working with such prominent figures as Joseph. Owens, Edward. Synan, Armand A. Maurer.
Dr. Jaroszyński holds the Chair of the Philosophy of Culture at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. He works within the framework of classical philosophy.
For his textbook Ethics: The Drama of the Moral Life he received the personal thanks of Pope John Paul II.
