I don’t typically find too many novellas I consider 5 star material. This however was so so good! I hope in the future we get a continuation of the story with the new team!

Santa’s Reindeers as you’ve never seen them before
For sure I won’t be thinking of the reindeers the same way from now on…
Kelsey Soliz may have ruin them for me but I’m not even mad.
Short, fun and sweet, I’m glad Clara could find people to appreciate her and who share her love of Christmas. Some editing issues but nothing too traumatizing or off-putting. Great novella full of Christmas cheer.
I enjoyed it and I’d love to know more about Mrs and Mr Santa in the future.

From the moment I read the synopsis, I knew I had to pick this up. The concept is so original that I was instantly hooked; and let me tell you, not even for a second was I disappointed 🎄💫
My only complaint? I wish it had lasted longer!
Soliz delivers a novella that doesn’t rely solely on the spicy scenes (even if, yes, those are delicious 🫠✨). What truly made it shine for me were the tender moments, the softness, the reassurance from both sides. This is my first read of this author and I am not sure how I feel overall about this book. I had heard good things about her other work and was excited to see a Christmas novella I was in the mood for but this one fell flat for me unfortunately.
I usually can finish this size of a novella in a day but this one took me 4 and I had off work; it didnt capture me like I had hoped. It felt like it was a lot of dialogue and not a lot of action. Like I would have cut some of the scenes and its already a novella so that felt weird to me. I loved Clara but her repetitive questioning of things/the guys reassuring her got to be too much. Also, the reassurance from everyone that she could back out and it would be fine was a little overdone for me. I was skipping passages when they got back to those topics because the characters already established that. I am all for consent and not pressuring people but this did it so much it became tiresome.
I also had a hard time keeping the guys straight because there were so many introduced in a short amount of time. I would have preferred to have a couple scenes with 2 or 3 of them at a time and we get to know them before adding in the others. That way we could remember who was who, which personalities were whose. I did love the Christmas related things. I liked the idea of reindeer games, liked how they tasted like peppermint, laughed so hard about Rudy hahaha. And I liked how they tried to do different things for her (cooking, pampering, etc.).
Overall I probably won’t read this again but I will be checking out her other works because I did see some promise in this one. I liked the steam once it got going, so that helped boost this to a 3 star from me.

Okay Story, but Puzzled
“Now that we’ve found you, there’s no one else for us.”
This is said by one of the guys the day after they all meet her and kiss her on the cheek. They show up to court her and make her their mate. About a minute after being told the above quote, she looks out the window and sees two of said guys engaging in a non-platonic physical act. Say what?!?
If there is no one else for you all, wouldn’t that include the other guys in the group? You can’t say that and then exclude each other. Now if it were phrased differently, saying that they planned on continued intimacy within the group and she would make them complete, that’s different. This phrasing makes it seem that she would be the only one each guy was intimate with.
Oh and the two guys? They aren’t a couple. They just “romp” when their in the mood. And since seeing her got them in the mood, somehow they decide to go at it even though they know she’s their mate. So they made a conscious informed choice to be unfaithful to their fated mate, going by what the other guy said. And basically blamed their lack of self control on her. If I was her I would be questioning the faithfulness from the get go as they framed it all as one girl and all the guys, not a group love anyone to anyone thing.
It just makes the guys look bad and that they wouldn’t be faithful in the future. The author needs to fix the phrasing or take the m/m scene out in order to make them not look like douches.

Like the movies that play on a never-ending stream around Christmas time, this books is full of uncomplicated, stress-free romance...but smuttier. Our curvy fmc meets her destiny (in the form of reindeer shifters) and learns to not listen to the haters and love herself. The guys are her fated mates, so of course they fall first. For people like me with anxiety 24/7, books like this are *chef's kiss*
Unfortunately, it's only a novella so we don't get that much time to delve into the guys' different personalities. They are somewhat defined by what Santa's Reindeer they are, which helped. And the book was multi-pov, which gave them voice. Honestly I think my favorite part was the unique take on the lore which pulled the whole book together.
I think the only critique I had was that occasionally toward the end the guys pov chapters would get confused. It would start off from Vixen's perspective and then have the first person narrator say "Vixen looked at...." This could easily be solved with a few simple edits and was actually pretty funny, so it didn't bother me too much.

Well Jingle My Bells!
I better not overlook any bracelets that fall my way because what a way to journey to where you are meant to be. I think we all have know a man who has jumped at the chance to “date up.” It’s not because he cares about the person but more like look what I was able to lock down. Now the sister…bish please. I would have had her in the bathroom choking down a bar of soap and not a good flavored kind, but the antibacterial icky stuff. Talk to me like that? Face the consequences. I’m a bit of a feral reaction though, so I can see how the FMC was a bit beat down by her family. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, family isn’t determined by blood, but by finding your people that make the effort to include you in their lives and vice versa, I’m so glad she not only found her home, but men that adore and love her. I wanted a bit more in the epilogue, but the bit we did get was scrumptious! Long live Christmas Magic!

Rudolph's red nose has been upgraded
This was cute and definitely funny. I was looking for a quick Christmas story and this hit the spot. My only complaint is that it was probably longer than it needed to. That seems to be a common thing with this author though. In my opinion, hermost popular series should really have ended at 3 books. This one could have ended after the games. That said it was still and enjoyable Christmas RH standalone. Next time I hear Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, I will definitely be reminded of other glowing body parts.

Well then. . .
Well that's not something you read every day. I loved the idea behind this story. RH is definitely one of my favorite genres so why did I never think of 9 reindeer shifters sharing a mate?! The spice was spicin' and the men were fine!
However I'm going with 3 stars bc it needs some heavy editing and could also have been a novel length story. With how many men there were, there needed to be more detail.
BUT it is a story I'll think about for a while and will definitely be on my holiday reading list for next year!

Hilarious and adorable and oh so spicy!
Santa has 9 naughty Reindeer, and they have their eyes set on one pretty lady! I love Kelsey Soliz's work, and how she incorporated a plus size FMC. The family dynamics (though possibly seen as extreme) are ones that females in her similar position often have to deal with. I love how Dash and Rudy and the others helped her own her confidence, and stand up for herself when she needed to.

Cute, short, and with some minor errors
It was a cute Christmas story with sexy time and romance. I think this take on the North Pole was fun. The only issues I have are that I never quite was able to figure out who was who and the one chapter later in the book that started saying it was Vixen’s POV but turned out to be Blitzen’s did not help. Overall a nice Christmas novella read.

I went in thinking this was going to be ridiculous. And it was, but also thoroughly enjoyable. I really wish it was a full length novel and not a novella because I found myself wanting more of this group. 9 men. Nine. 🤯
This definitely needs another edit because there are a ton of errors, but don’t let that keep you from enjoying this book.

OMG I LOVED THIS BOOK!! I love that it gets right to the point and since it’s a novella, makes sense not to waste time. And there is no wasted time either. I love Clara and I love how accepting she was of her strange situation all of a sudden. Fated mate stories are some of my favorites and Kelsey gave us such a great and original story. I could have read another 200 pages of this family together. Super sexy, spicy, sweet, exciting, and so dang magical. Highly recommend.

I thought this was a really fun read and definitely gave me that reset I needed. I thought this was so cute, Rudolph has a glowing dick! How did the other reindeer even compete with that glowstick? Their's all seemed boring in comparison 😂. The only thing that knocked off a star for me was some grammatical issues that had me rereading parts and that pulled me out of the story a bit but other than that it was wholesome, sexy, and funny all at the same time.

This book was hilarious! I absolutely loved all the guys; their personalities, their dynamics, and especially their nicknames had me laughing the whole time. I also love a holiday shifter novella, and the insta-love worked perfectly here. The plus-sized heroine was such a win, and I mean… we cannot forget the glowing part of Rudolph. 😂✨

I love a sweet, funny, and spicy holiday story, and this is all of that. There is some angst, Clara has had a pretty crap home life, but her 9 reindeer certainly go out of their way to help her heal. And it was awesome to see her handle those who hurt her in the past. It hit my kindle at 11:00 last night, and I stayed up entirely too late gobbling up every word, loving every bit of it.

It was such a fun time! This is a reindeer shifter romance and she gets all 9! 😲 This was so fun to read for Christmas with all the christmasy vibes! 🎄 There was actually a REALLY good plot with some spicy scenes in there too! I am obsessed and you all need to read this one! ❄️🎄

Such a cute story!
I loved this twist on Santa’s reindeer! It was so cute, sweet, and spicy!
Clara has body image issues thanks to the jerks in her life, but her reindeer are quick to show her how beautiful she is.
If you want a feel good hot romance, definitely read this!

This was ok. There was grammatical errors. The story was a bit whinny. I was over Clara continuing to be upset with her body image. Other than that I like idea of the story.

Glow, Rudy, glow!
This was a great short read from Kelsey. She never disappoints, even with her cliffhangers. I loved the insta-love here, and the charming Christmas energy and flavors. Iykyk.

Pretty cool novella...the author packed a lot in to this story. I loved how Clara wasn’t really phased about the fact that shifters exist and that it was told from all POV. The author even included an epilogue!
