Shattered Oath

Rate this book
The Bratva Boss wants me dead.
Too bad I’m pregnant with his baby.

I’ve run far and wide to escape the Devil’s rage.
But it wasn’t long before he caught me.
Now I’m standing in front of him bound and naked.
About to face the consequences of my betrayal.

With every inch of my skin exposed to his will,
And my life flashing before my watery eyes,
He draws my traitorous body under his spell.
Leaving me torn and shattered, an eager participant in my own shame.

You’d think that’s as bad as it could get, right?
Not quite.
Because the two words I’m about to tell him will be my last.
“I’m pregnant.”

Shallow

Recommended for first time readers of Mafia books as these three are flawed and riddled with contradictions. Could have been just one book if edited to clean up mistakes like using thing instead of think. Aurora's hands are free on page 78 so why doesn't she pull her panties out of her mouth so she can talk or scream while Lev abuses her?
The complete lack of communication between Aurora and Lev is the basis of this story. Even a couple in an arranged marriage should communicate more than with sex. Illogical!! Figured out the mole and boss culprit while reading book two. My rating is a 3 because book three ending was slightly entertaining with more action.

Book 3 of the Ivanov Bratva Book series and boy what an explosive ending. Lev believes that his wife is the mole that has been bringing trouble to his doorstep. In a way she was a unwilling and unknowing mole. She doesn't realize that she is being played by the folks around her and Lev. These folks want Lev destroyed completely and Aurora also destroyed has collateral damage. Lev doesn't realize it is the ones that is closest to him and to Aurora that are behind it all. When Lev really discovers who is behind it all, he almost is too late to save those that matter most to him.
I was unable to put this down till I read it through. I just had to know how things were going to end. This conclusion will drawn you in and won't let you go till it is over.
I received this has a ARC book and voluntarily leaving my review

This is book 3 and the last in the series and wow what an ending it was and all the parts in between that had you on the edge right up till the very end. Lev is convinced that his wife Aurora is the mole in the Bratva and he plans to get her to reveal who she is working with but it ends badly and Lev doesn’t want anything to do with her and her betrayal that has hurt him so bad he is having trouble seeing things that he would never have gotten past him before she arrived and even my men are acting strangely and he goes on a job to make sure the auction it goes off without any trouble. Aurora is getting pressure from her mother to escape Lev and she tells her that it will be all over soon after the auction and straight away she knows that Lev is in trouble and she loves him and when she calls her father he tells her how stupid she really was and how everything was a set up to kill Lev and take over the whole business and that she was nothing but a whore and a means to an end for him. When Petrov finally gets in contact with Lev he tells him everything that’s happened and who is the traitor and that going to the warehouse will see him killed and he tells Petrov to hurry up and save him and he will stall for as long as he can but his biggest regret is treating Aurora so badly and believing the lies that where told to him that where not true about his wife. There is so much more to this book and I didn’t want to give much more away but this whole series was amazing and I know you won’t regret it or be disappointed. Brilliant

Betrayal is brutal!

This is book three in the Ivanov Bratva series, please be sure to read books one and two before reading this book. The whole time Lev has been thinking his wife, Aurora is the one betraying him when the truth is it's someone he would never suspect that has been betraying him for far longer than HS could have ever known. This is a great series and I highly recommend it!

This final book in this action packed series is going to have your head spinning with all the ups and downs. It’s filled with betrayal, lies, secrets & devastating consequences. This is just as action filled as Book 1 & 2 but Lev & Aurora have come so far since Book 1&2. Their characters have grown through the lies and betrayals. There are so many twisted events at play you will be enticed to see how it all plays out! Aurora has come to realize she does indeed love her husband and wants a life with him! However, the Bratva world is cruel and harsh and she’s not sure if her love is enough for them to survive. You will thoroughly enjoy this series and you will not be disappointed in how it all plays out for these two amazing characters. Happy Reading!!!

This is the conclusion of the intriguing, passionate and sensual story of Lev and Aurora. Aurora feels isolated and is unwittingly manipulated. I could feel Aurora’s sense of anxiety, confusion and devastation. Lev is betrayed on so many fronts. He is full of anger and suspicion. The book is full of complex betrayals, manipulations, suspicions and suspense. I really loved these two characters, their chemistry and the struggle that they had to go through to find their HEA. I really enjoyed this trilogy and found it was consuming and definitely a page turner. I received an ARC for an honest review.

Great read

I left a previously longer review in book 1. Although I loved book 1, book 2 and 3 made me fall harder. Aurora became less annoying tho (first book she slightly annoyed me). Happy to say she grew so much in character. Always loved LEv. Only criticism is that I wanted more of them getting along although the first Miami trip was a nice touch. But I really wanted a extended epilogue with all the characters involved in there happy ending. :) please consider extended epilogues in your future books as a reader and huge fan it would be appreciated thanks Lisa and I look forward to checking out all the other books you have wrote as this was my first!

Shattered Oath is a Russian dark mafia romance and it is the third and final book in the Ivanov Bratva series.

Be still my ever-stuttering heart! This finale is a whopper. I have really enjoyed this book and this is an amazing wrap up. An absolutely excellent read, it has everything I enjoy, well developed characters, action, steamy scenes and romance.
You will not want to put this book down.

Aurora is not allowed in the kitchen anymore. Lev is not talking to her and won’t see her and she is confused. She calls Leila, her mother, and goes over to her apartment.

Lev thinks Aurora is the one who drugged the food and helped the attackers. He takes her on a trip to Miami while he tries to figure out who she is working with and why.

Did Aurora really betray Lev? Where is Petrov? Who are the real traitors? Will Lev find out who betrayed him in time to save himself and his family?

Great ending to the series.

Well it was all fast paced and so much has happened.
When they both finally opened their hearts, it seemed to shatter because of their enemies.

Their is an enemy within Lev's circle and all evidence leads to Aurora.

Feeling betrayed he is so horrible to her.

As things unfold, truth comes out, but is it too late to say sorry? Because Aurora may not live to see another day.
This was the perfect Ending to the series.
So much action , drama, violence, steam and a whole lot of emotions.

Absolutely loved it all

Lev is led to believe Aurora is a spy and even though he tries to hide his disgust she’s stabbing in the back Aurora knows there’s something wrong. When all the truths come to light and Aurora realises she’s just been a pawn in someone else’s sick game she realises how much she loves Lev but can she save him from what his enemies have in store for him.

Soo heads up this is the last of a trilogy

I try to stay away from any book that has to continue to another and then another.... I really hate those types of books! BUT, I read them all anyway. I enjoyed the love story along with the intense mob storyline. Lev is WOW! And Aurora is a great heroine. HEA in the third!

Aurora and Lev’s story continues. I enjoyed the action and drama in this last book in this series as everything unfolds. I was caught up in all the twists and turns as secrets are revealed and betrayals are uncovered. This one is so good…maybe there’ll be a sequel. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

4 Stars!!

Great finally to this series!! Lev and Aurora went through some crazy and difficult challenges. But fought for their HEA. All the mysteries were solved and all my questions were answered. Overall this series was good, I do feel the author could have combined these three books into one book. This entire series gets two thumbs up from me!!!

The ending was fitting and perfect. All loose ends come to an end plus we got to see the happy family ending. What can you want from a happily ever after, in a mafia world, you have that in this book! This was undoubtedly an enjoyable series to read. Thank you, Lisa!

The ending of this three book series was excellent. Love can be found if one opens up their heart. Happiness can be obtained if one is willing to release the pain
Comfort and peace can be found in one’s ability to fully believe that there live is worth living

The last book was by far the best of the three. Still insta-love/lust, but there was a little more mafia action in it. We find out the mysterious “bad guys”—not shocking or mysterious lol pretty predictable.

IT ENDS ON A CLIFFHANGER!!!! The description on Amazon DOES NOT state this isn't a complete story. It drags SO much. This whole series could have been a 400-page singular book - tops. I'm glad these were on Kindle Unlimited or I would have wanted my money back.

Three Books And We Never See Him Learn To Trust. Must Be Different Interpretations Of Love If Aurora Thinks Constantly Mistrusting Her And Plotting Behind Her Back, Is Love.

Isn't it nice they almost died?

Means they don't have to address any of their actions.

So good!

I liked this series so much. I had a feeling I knew who was who, but the twists and turns had me questioning myself. Figured out a little, but that last turn, flipped me out of the coaster car! Good job Lisa, thanks!

Aurora and Lev

This story was impossible to put down. I want more. This is a good story about the angst of being in love and not sure how to be open to love. It's a beautiful story with strong characters and great story line.

good ending

All three of these books could have been in one, but it is a Grady story line with twist and turns that I didn’t see coming but ends with a happily ever after.
