A very nice cookbook with a lot of really good recipes. The one we used to make for Cornbread was 'Kansas City Corn Bread' on page 124. It is really good, but we never did make it with the twelve (12) ounces of bacon (has anyone?), & so never used the bacon drippings for greasing the pan. Otherwise it was just a very good, basic recipe.
Grabbed this book looking for more things to do with my Gluten Free grains I've amassed. Alas, the quest continues for easy and "un-gourmet" ways to use my amaranth.
