This book had a slow start, but eventually as the investigation picked up it got more interesting until the climactic finish. It is a definitely dated novel.
Good, but not quite enough for 4 stars. However, I think I'd enjoy other books by this author. His style is good, and a different storyline might get a higher rating from me.
