Going into therapy with Dr. Desmond in order to recover from her mother's murder, Jane Blackwell appears to make progress until sudden personality changes cause her to behave violently toward the people closest to her.
I don’t know I want to like this series. But the books are just average. We open with Jane and her mother driving along when they get a flat tire. Then a crazy hitchhiker spots them and kills her mother. The rest of the book is about her going to therapy to remember the details to put the killer behind bars. But of course the killers brother pretends to be the therapist to hypnotize Jane to free his brother and to also commit crimes and sleep with her boyfriend. These books to have sex but pg13 sex lol. I also feel like the books are 30 pages too long. Lastly the characters are Jane and Cody pretty normal then we have Nickie the dumbest way to spell that name and lastly Z-Man like I’m serious that’s what everyone calls him so dumb.
I think this book is geared towards slightly younger readers than myself. But it was a Surprisingly fun read! When I read the back cover, I loved the idea, And although it was slightly predictable, it was still a very enjoyable ride !
While thus book was okay it was fairly predictable. Saw who the murder was from a mile away. Also saw who was setting Jane up to do these horrible things. Gave it two stars for the story line. Could have been better by putting a few plot twists and such in the book
