I was expecting a full-grown mythology on the wonders and magic of tarot, but instead the book stated that tarots are playing cards like any with the exception that a lot of people have been trying to tie magical roots into the game. The history part was believable and interesting and Ms Liulia's tarot is refreshingly modern and the pictures are gorgeous. However, I found out, that I am apparently not a witch since I could make no sense of my new tarot cards through the tables presented by Ms Liulia. I think my tarot cards are indeed just a pack of cards - more suitable for drinking games.
