I’m not the audience for this, but I think it would be fun to read with someone younger who might struggle with the actual Narnia books. I just picked this up because I’m a huge fan of Narnia and I’d never heard of these before.

So, I really liked this book, it was much more interesting than "Peter's Destiny: The Battle for Narnia."
In the movie, we don't really get to see what Edmund is thinking while he is doing all the bad and nasty things. IN THIS BOOK you get to see that; what he is thinking, and how he feels toward certain situations, because it is written from Edmund's perspective.
It was fun and interesting to read.

This was just a fun little retelling of the first movie from Edmunds perspective that I happened to stumble into once in a thrift store.

Yet again used to be a huge fan of The Chronicles Of Narnia, kind of wanna reread the books because I remember they were trippy as hell.

Also Edmund Pevensie was definitely a precursor to my type in men. Childhood me saw this morally gray little shit for 3 seconds and decided YUP. THATS MINE.

Probably more of a 3.5.

Edmund is my favourite Pevensie sibling so it was nice to read the story from his perspective. It helps to understand him a bit more.

It was super short which meant I read it so quick. I just wish there was a bit more to it.

Overall I enjoyed it and it was a nice easy read to sit and zoom through!

Edmund is my favorite Narnia character, and it was amazing to have the story told from his perspective. It gives insight into how he felt, not just into what he did. I loved this, but it was way too short for me, though. I would've loved for it to have been a bit more in debt. But that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

This book was ok. It told the story from Edmund’s perspective but that also means that it left out a lot of details and information from the movie because Edmund wasn’t with his family a lot of the time.

This is a short story extension to the C.S. Lewis novel, The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe, and it gives insight into Edmund and his actions in The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe. Although this book is not full of action and excitement it is a good addition to The Chronicles Of Narnia. Having the insight into Edmund helps to understand his character and the choices that he makes. This short story shows that Edmund has made bad choices but is completely misunderstood. I can't say that this book gripped my attention but it is a great addition to the Narnia book series and for that reason alone it will have a permanent place on my bookshelves. This book is part of a four set short story. Each book revolves around a different child. The other three books follow Lucy, Susan and Peter. These books may not be read more than once if at all but they are worth having on the shelf for fans of The Chronicles Of Narnia. Each book adds detail and insight into the feelings and thoughts of the main characters as they embark on the amazing adventure to free Narnia from the control of the white witch.

I've always thought Edmund was rather misunderstood, so this was a nice little read.
