This is the first book that actually helped me...My husband has been deceased for almost a year and I have read a lot of books on grief...This author's words resonated with me...My grief feels a little lighter after reading this book...Not gone by a long shot...but lighter..Kudos to this author.

Loved it

I learned so much about the greaving process first hand which is helpful. Great advice too. I'm new to grief so want to know that there is a light at the end of the darkness.

The content of this book is good--it has practical and timely advice for anyone grieving. It helps that the story is personal and first-hand. However, the writing isn't very strong. It could have used another pass with an editor.

Very beneficial

As a grieving widower (three months after my wife's passing) I really found this book to be quite energizing. Unfortunately, I don't have a support network, but I did enjoy reading this book,

This is a positive book amongst so many heavy grief books. It is hopeful and inspiring. It was also very easy to read.
