2.5 ⭐️s rounded up. This textbook was assigned for a class I’m taking and it generally had good theories and information. There were a few really problematic viewpoints that damaged its credibility for me though.

I did not enjoy the content of this course, and the book was extremely difficult to read, mostly due to the boring way in which it was written.

Can I give this a negative star rating? Let’s start with the poor writing and the stupid topics. Then we can move to the constant editing of quotes to make them gender friendly interspersed through the horribly long chapters that repeat themselves ad nauseam. Skip it if you can, it will tell you nothing that you do not already know.
