A good book for growing specifically in Australia and explaining the importance of heirloom seeds. It is heavily promotional of Diggers brands of seed.

I have mixed feelings about this book. So far, I have not read as comprehensive a book on the subject of growing vegetables in the Australian environment. If that is what you are looking for it is certainly worth reading. My reservations are based on the feeling I get from time to time that this book is published as a promotional exercise for The Diggers Club which is in the business of selling seeds.
