This is a rock-solid, easy-to-read, well structured introduction to virtually every aspect of poetry slam organizing. If, like me, you're new to the world of slam and find yourself in the position of planning and promoting a poetry slam to spice up your regular open mic night (or your English class, or your night life), you will find this brief but thorough guide indispensable and inspiring.
