We can get some very useful tips and advice on saving, buying clothes wisely, casual clothes, and getting dressed for the most common body types - that was 30% of the book. The rest is made up of basic things that one can notice even if you look at a few shop windows. Unfortunately, this book didn’t show me much new.

I like this book: a fun guide to looking great without the author using crude language or a superior tone. I just wish she offered more tips for moms. She has one fashion web site suggestion if you are pregnant and wanting to look great and that's it. It is geared towards women working in the business world. Still, I liked learning about the wardrobe essentials for every woman and the 10 biggest fashion faux pas.

Great Review of the Basics

Perfect for someone who is just entering adulthood, or anyone who needs fashion advice. Explains how to identify a good garment, how to dress for your body, wardrobe must haves, fashion " rules", work dress codes, and how to put together an outfit. Nice to have around for ideas, too. Solid 5 stars.
