This was a fun read especially at the start because it had so much terminology. In the middle it seemed that the author worded some stuff not the best. Then they continue to write about enlightenment or Samadhi, it might be repetitive, but that's the point of books like these.

I wanted to read something specifically on the subject of Samadhi, and on the Yoga science. The start provided me with a lot of Yoga science terms. This subject seems to be of a great enjoyment to me.

The book is based on lectures of Swami Rama on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. In a clear language he describes a path to enlightment on the obstacles that have to be overcome.
