A decent enough, quick easy read I guess. The drug dealer part felt forced and the author’s annoying over use of listing four things in a row (…was the cry of an animal hunted and wounded. Wounded and desperate. Desperate and hopeful) that has been so prevalent in previous books is back again. The first use of it on the very first page. She used that technique over a dozen times throughout the book. So less than some of her others, but still…. It’s gotten really old!
The romance part would be fine - without the criminal element - on its own I think.

I still think it's funny. There's really not a lot of suspense in these books :o) This is the story of Sammie Jones and R.J. Butler. Was kind of boring.....oh well.

Good story. I was happy to see Sam in a good relationship after what she had gone through in a previous book.
