He is a software and support engineer for Konica Minolta, where he specializes in Mac operating systems, applications, and hardware. Browsed through this book I got from the library. It's a bit outdated, from 2008, but they didn't have the current Mac OS X Mountain Lion version. It still gave me some pointers as a first time MAC user.
