Sinner
This is book three of the Brutal Kings lll series and it continues to be a page turner. You once again start right where the last one ended so there is no need for a refresh.
Raoul and Emma still have that conned between the two of them. Is she playing the role expected of her or is she getting real feels? This book is mostly their honeymoon and as you can imagine it is 🥵.
I love how the people from the other books start playing a role within this portion of the series. We have three hot as hell men with three strong sexy women.
What comes next?

As Emma and Raoul’s story continues it only gets better. This one tells of their wedding and their honeymoon where they get to know one another on even deeper levels. By the end of this book, I was already wanting the next one to find out more.

OK...I don't know how this amazing author does it, but each and every book in the series gets hotter and hotter, no buts about it, and I mean hot like...HAWT!!! This couple takes Nelly's words to heart...it's always hawt when these two are close and their clothes spend more time on the floor than on their bodies. Emma and Raoul are two pieces of a puzzle and fit perfectly together. They have so many things in common, so many shared interests, both so good at keeping secrets and playing games, the higher the stakes the better. Unstoppable force meet immovable object! I pity the fool who tries to come between them, seperately they're no pushover, together they're unstopable. After reading "Sinner", I have the burning desire to catch a direct flight to Bora Bora, drink the Koolaid, and take up watersports!!! Wild hearts love free! Get this series and let yourself get swept away in this world where men live hard but love harder and their women are fierce with the way they love their men. The complete series is a gift that keeps on giving! Do something nice for yourself and slip into the lives of these "Brutal Kings", there is someone for everyone; your new book boyfriend is waiting. Hands down 5 stars...only wish I could give more. You, my dear, have outdone yourself again. Can't wait for the next in the series, "Crown".

Book 3 was everything I wanted!
This book delves into what the connection between Raoul and Emma really means. How them getting married crosses boundaries no one thought of crossing. Their families are rivals. I love how Mya made sure we had the chapters of tension. It leads us to possible situations that will arise in the next books. Things to look forward to, if you will. It just rounded out this story perfectly.
In this book, we not only see these characters fierce sides, we also get to see their more vulnerable sides. How they have an honest and pure connection to one another, even if they don't want to acknowledge it. It makes them more human. They have deep conversations, some ending in feelings of similarities, some ending in feelings of helplessness.
Again, I absolutely loved the cliffhanger. What is Andy going to say or do with the information she has figured out? What is Emma going to say about it? Will Raoul find out this way? I can't wait to read Crown to see what happens next!!

I think this is my favorite couple out of this series (of course I thought the same while reading the previous books). Raoul has been the playboy seeking the approval from his brothers he never got from his sperm donor and he met his match in a not so meet cute. Both had been kidnapped by the Bratva him of ransom and her for human trafficking. Emma aka Buttercup is a little spitfire with a foul Irish mouth. Raoul bought his and her way out and ended their experience with a one night stand. She left with a little gift. Raoul ends up winning her from her Irish Mafia Leader father and the fun begins. There is danger from so many people they don’t know where the hits are coming from. I loved how this couple grew up through their trials. They both had chips on their shoulders from horrible childhoods that had them overcompensating. There are lots of twist and turns I didn’t expect and I loved them all. This was a great series and it’s one I’ll definitely be rereading.

Each book in this series gets better and better
Raoul was so unlikable in the previous books in this series. I don't know how Mya Grey does it, but she made you want to root for him. And now root for a real love between him and Emma.
Will Emma's secret tear the two of them apart? Her pregnancy may create even more issues. Her father may use it against Raoul's family. There is also that whole problem where her father wants to kill Raoul. And that Emma is having feelings for him. That can't be good for anyone.

have just loved each and every book in this amazing series , but sinner just might be my favorite so far . Sparks fly between Mya and Raul from the moment they meet these two Just have a way or grabbing onto all your emotions so fast and pulling at your heartstrings so completely. I definitely was not prepared for all the unexpected feelings I felt while reading. There were moments I was speechless, others I would be on the edge of my seat heart beating so fast and then bam I’d be crying . Dark mafia , surprise pregnancy and second chance are a few of my very favorite tropes and Sinner was the perfect blend of all . If you are a fan of any of the above not to mention a kick@ss female heroine and a swoony alpha hero do not wait . Do download this entire series right now

Now forced to be the bride of Italian mafia man Raoul Caraldi, Emma McErlane of the Irish mafia family, is fuming. She goes with him because she has to but takes her caretaker/bodyguard Parker with her to make sure she is safe. On one hand, she is royally teed off at being forced to do this but on the other hand Raoul is very muscular and good looking and she is a little smitten. She won’t let him know that of course. I loved reading about the early stages of this forced relationship with both of them butting heads and Raoul trying to tame her. Slowly things change… but there’s a game changer that is being kept a secret for now. This could be good or this could be a disaster. I received an ARC copy from the author and this is my honest review.

4.5 Stars!! Book three does not disappoint. This book starts where book two ends. Emma is now Raoul since her dad lost the poker game. At the wedding, he tells her she won't be married for a very long time. She's just glad it's not the senator. Raoul takes her away for a glorious honeymoon. When the topic of children comes up, she gets a shock. What will she do? Will Raoul be okay with the pregnancy? Will they be in danger because of what happened at the wedding reception? Lots of questions that I hope are answered in book 4, the Crown.

As usual Mya has done an excellent job in her writing. The feeling between Emma and Raoul just keep on growing. Kept saying to Emma to tell Raoul about their child. I was glad that Andy figured it out, now maybe she will tell Raoul and he will be excited after a hot temper meltdown. I hope Emma tells Raoul what her father is planning to do to him. Hopefully the explosion will give her the courage to tell him what is going on as she realizes she can lose him. All of these characters seem so real that I will I could meet with them. Cannot wait for the next two books. Hopefully Raoul will come legit.

I still love Raoul, loved him from the 1st series.
Things finally seem to be going somewhere between the two until Raoul drops a bombshell 😔.

Sinner is book three of the third series of Brutal Kings. Mya Grey, being a great storyteller, takes us on Raoul & Emma’s honeymoon where they learn to get to know each other. I love their humour, playfulness and their headstrong personalities. You can’t help but fall in love with the characters. There is a lot of mystery that surrounds Raoul’s business and possible danger that lurks ahead. Great book! I can’t wait to read what comes next.

This addition starts where Savage left off. Raoul and Emma get married and go on their honeymoon. The story just keeps getting better and better. Are they developing feelings? And what will happen when Emma’s secret comes to light? There are a lot of questions still to be answered, and I can’t wait to read Crown to see what happens next! *this was a complimentary copy and this is my honest review*

Goodness, this book gets better and better, things have progressed from book 2 and Emma finds herself wed to Raoul! Is this a fantasy that they both want or are they still playing games? The chemistry and the heat is still there between them but her father is planning to destroy him somehow. Ends on a cliffhanger, blooming loving this series and Raoul is 🔥🔥🔥. Can’t wait for number 4, now that her secret is out what will happen when her husband finds out too?

So, I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Which isn't hard because I'm nothing if not honest. (I gave a tepid review once, upset the author and quit her review team). I'm thrilled to say Mya is not like that.
She is a genius writer though. Her characters are all very well developed, so much so that as you read you can see them heading down a wrong path and want to yell at them, or when they say or do something so entirely IN their personality that you're laughing hysterically and your family looks at you like you are crazy.
Her dialogue is sharp and stays consistent and coherent. (really important in a plot). But most importantly her characters don't every say weird crap that is out of character for them. Which I love. Also, I really really love that she writes these strong, determined bad ass women. Hey, just because I'm a boss b*tch at work, doesn't mean I don't want an alpha male in the bedroom, it's hot! Like scorching, dark, delicious, mouthwatering hot.
That is why I keep reading her books. I don't read serials anymore, it makes me crazy to have to wait for the next installment in a story. Right this very minute my leg is bouncing thinking:

Love this story, my new favorite couple from Mya. I was screaming at the pages throughout this part of the story, so glad Emma is softening to the idea of marriage, if only he had realized on their honeymoon that she was pregnant. I literally can t wait to see what happens.

I love the story. The chemistry between Raoul and Emma is more than you could ever imagine: sexy scenes are intense but also can be so loving. Raoul really falls in LOVE with her and her with him. Ends in a cliffhanger. Can’t wait to read the next book.
