I have no interest in palm reading, but reading lengthy passages about the astrological principles underlying hand structure is fun, especially when there's detailed photos of handprints -- each of which looks identical to each other. Also has some fun 1960s sexism and classism baked into the interpretations, fun! A useful tome for any budding wizard/guy trying to trick women into letting them hold their hands before telling them they have good hands for being a housewife.
Sadly, no Ghostbusters for the NES in The Book of the Hand.
