This was MUCH better than the first one. Other than several words that I had no idea what they meant [both Sister Mary Teresa and Sister Kimberly are scholars and you can really tell when they get into debates], this one was delightful. And much easier to read. I truly love these characters and how they interact with each other and those around them.

I had wondered at the killer early on in the book; I am not even sure why. They were mentioned and something *pinged* in my head and so I wasn't terribly surprised when it was [quite literally] announced at the end, but there were enough red herrings to keep me guessing until then.

I am really looking forward to reading the next one.

These nuns live a life totally different than any nuns I have ever read about or known. There was a fair amount of offensive language, but the plot was interesting though dated. Not likely to read more in the series.
