Simplistic in nature but gives a good overview of sabbath. I like that it has the traditional prayers and elements in one place for me to reference.

This book is very eye opening to the traditions around the Sabbath. I hope I will be able to incorporate some of these traditions very soon.

This book is nothing special. There is a gloss of the history of Sabbath. There are recipes, songs, prayers, and a Sabbath meal guide. Overall, if you have a few hours give it a read. If not, leave it at the bookstore.

This is a quick layman's study on the practice and the purpose of Sabbath in Jewish culture. It is a fast read that really gives you a great perspective on the why and the how o a sacred tradition that is centuries old.
