I honestly didn't know how to rate this. To me most of this book was common sense. If I was just starting out and never had money or your family never talked about money this book was good.
My personal advice is use the Library System(it's FREE)
I am so lucky to have a Great one.

All of the tips in this book are pretty obvious already - nothing new. I disagree with the author on using interest-only loans to save money.

This was an okay read, not something that I would usually go for but I thought why not. It had some good tips, but probably not something I will read again.
