Jason Culver is aristocratic, proper, and very much obsessed with his children's nanny to his chagrin. His wants to ignore his attraction, but can't seem to resist it, and when he finally succumbs the results are combustible. Alicia Alton is in love with her employer. No, she isn't of the same class, it's a hopeless passion if there ever was one, and she's a complete fool. However, she finds desire overcomes her inhibitions and moreover, though scandal lurks on the horizon, she can't deny the man she never dreamed would be less than honourable...
Emma was born in Minnesota and she lives in the Midwest, though she grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended Illinois State University where she majored in geology, and there she met her husband, Chris. They have three children, a temperamental cat named Poot, and are lucky enough to live on a beautiful lake. On warm days, she does enjoy a glass of wine on the dock now and then, and always loves to sit at her desk, winter or summer, and tap at her keyboard.
A quick read about a widowed aristocrat and his boobsie nanny. Almost reminds you of Hugh Grant and the nanny. The story was a little too stereotypical for me, almost as if it layered onto hold the sex scenes together.
A pretty decent and quick romance (which is probably supposed to border on erotica) but still holds plenty of romance. Alicia is a very busty nanny for widowed Jason Culver. He wants her - she wants him. And so they do. Sub-story about Jason's brother Vincent or Victor or something and Jason's cousin-in-law Hannah who is a spinster. They too have sex. As I said, quick, interesting and rather sexy. I was sort of bothered by how easily Jason's brother was willing to suggest that Jason simply abuse his authority and go have a romping good time with his completely innocent nanny. Not to mention how easily Jason took that advice. But the book wouldn't be titled Less Than Honourable if he hadn't.
