Before dedicating his life completely to literature, he worked as theatre director and actor, lyricist and journalist. In 1986, PAULO COELHO did the pilgrimage to Saint James of Compostella, an experience later to be documented in his book The Pilgrimage. In the following year, COELHO published The Alchemist. Slow initial sales convinced his first publisher to drop the novel, but it went on to become one of the best selling Brazilian books of all time. إذا قرأت يوما قصة الفيل الذي عندما يربط صغيرا في جذع شجرة لا يستطيع الإفلات منها لضعفه, فلا يحاول فعلها ثانية عندما يكبر ويمتلك القوة الكافية للهرب ,
فدعني أخبرك بأن هذا الكتاب هو مصدرها .

مكتوب أن تتخيل قصة جديدة لحياتك,
قصة جديدة سأعطيك أنا المبادئ التي ستمشي عليها,
سأعلمك كيف وكيف وكيف, سأختلق القصص البسيطة لأطلعك على ما لدي من حكمه,
سأعطيك فلسفات إلحادية في البداية, وأن الله لا وجود له إن لم تستجلبه بنفسك, فالله هو مجرد صدى أفعالنا
سأخبرك بعبثية القضاء والقدر,
ثم سأعطيك النصائح لتتقرب من الله, فنحن من دونه لا شيء,
وسأجعلك تثق بالله والقدر ثقة عمياء لا نقاش فيها حتى وإن طُلب منك حمل الحجارة, فكل شر يصيبك هو حتما لمصلحتك؛ فالله يحبك ولن يؤذيك أبدا,

قال التلميذ لمعلمه: لقد أمضيت معظم يومي

تلميذه لكي يخرج للتمشية معه في الغابة خلف منزله. وكان

وهكذا فإن الرغبات السلبية لا تؤذيك إذا أنت لم تسمح لها
بإغوائك!!

يجب أن أنتقم من كويلهو الآن
كثيرة هي الكتب الرديئة التي نتعثر فيها،لكن نسيانها لا يتأخر طويلا ..إلا كتب كويلهو، فتجدها أمامك ،تجد من يتحدث عنها و هو يتلو قصائد مديح للكاتب الفذ الذي لن يأتي الزمان بمثله
هذه النوعية من الكتب تشبه صكوك الغفران من حيث أنها لا تبتغي غير الربح و ادخال طمأنينة واهنة لقارئ بسيط،اشتر كتببي أيها الكسول و ستصبح سعيدا؟
كولاجات مأخودة من أديان و ثقافات العالم تحاول أن تجعل من السكينة قرص دواء فعال ضد الحيرة و القلق
نظرة تبسيطية للإنسان،كأنه قرص مدمج يمكن أن نضع فيه ما نشاء ،في حين أن تجربتنا الروحية و الفلسفية علمتنا أن لا حدود لتعقد هذا الكائن و علينا أن نواصل سبرنا لهذه الحدود حتى لو كانت تبتعد كسراب
صاحب الخيميائي تخلص منذ زمن طويل من حيرته،من الشك و القلق ،إذن لماذا لا يذهب الى التيبت أو إلى دير ما ليعتنتي بالنباتات و ينتظر الملائكة
كويلهو لا يداخله شك في أنه راهب يلقي مواعظه على جمهور من المغفلين ،و في نهاية كل جملة من جمله ستردد جدران الكنيسة صدى كلمة آمين
بصراحة أنا لا أحبك،أرجوك توقف عن الثرثرة؟؟؟؟؟

يتناول كتاب "المكتوب" مجموعة من الحكايات و النصوص المركزة. يأخدنا من خلالها كوليو في جولة جميلة ثقافية وحضارية .
ومن أجمل ما قرأت في هذا الكتاب هي هذه النصيحة او الحكمة او لم اعرف ماذا أسمها...
"ان الرغبات السلبية لا تؤديك اذا انت لم تسمح لها باغوائك".

كعادته باولو .. رائع وملهم !
سجلت إقتباسات كثيرة سأكتب ’بعضاً’ منها هنا .. أتمنى لكم قراءة ممتعة :)

God knows that we are creative artists when it comes to our lives. On one day, he gives us clay for sculpting, on another, brushes and canvas, or a pen. But we can never use clay on our canvas, nor pens in sculpture. Each day has its own miracle. Accept the blessings, work and create your minor works of art today. Tomorrow you will receive others.

“Objects have their own energy. When they are not used, they turn into standing water in the house –a good place for rot and mosquitoes.”
“You must be attentive, and allow that energy to flow freely. If you keep what is old, the new has no place in which to manifest itself.”
But it’s not important what we think, or what we do or what we believe in: each of us will die one day. Better to do as the old Yaqui Indians did: regard death as an advisor. Always ask: ‘Since I’m going to die, what should I be doing now?’
Our angel is always present, and often uses someone else’s lips to tell us something.
The sculptor, Michelangelo, was once asked how it was that he could create such beautiful works. “It's very simple,” he answered. “When I look at a block of marble, I see the sculpture inside it. All I have to do is remove what doesn't belong.” The master says: “There is a work of art each of us was destined to create. That is the central point of our life, and -no matter how we try to deceive ourselves -we know how important it is to our happiness. Usually, that work of art is covered by years of fears, guilt and indecision. But, if we decide to remove those things that do not belong, if we have no doubt as to our capability, we are capable of going forward with the mission that is our destiny. That is the only way to live with honor.”
“Certain Jewish traditions have it that every man has a certain quota of luck, which he uses up over the course of his life. One can make that quota pay interest if he uses his luck only for things he really needs -or he can use his luck in a wasteful fashion. We Jews also say 'Good luck' when someone breaks a glass. But it means, 'It's good that you didn't use up any of your luck trying to keep the glass from breaking. Now, you can use it for more important things. '”

If you are dissatisfied with something -even a good thing that you would like to do, but have not been able to -stop now. If things are not going well, there are only two explanations: either your perseverance is being tested, or you need to change direction. In order to discover which of those options is correct -since they are opposites -make use of silence and prayer. Little by little, things will become strangely clear, until you have sufficient strength to choose. Once you have made your decision, forget completely the other possibility. And go forward, because God is the God of the Valiant. Domingos Sabino said: “Everything always turns out for the best. If things are not going well, it is because you have not yet reached the end.”
The master says: “All roads lead to the same place. But choose your own, and follow it to the end. Do not try to walk every road.”
The master says: “Write! Whether it's a letter, a diary or just some notes as you speak on the telephone -but write! In writing, we come closer to God and to others. If you want to understand your role in the world better, write. Try to put your soul in writing, even if no one reads your words -or worse, even if someone winds up reading what you did not want to be read. The simple fact of writing helps us to organize our thoughts and see more clearly what is in our surroundings. A paper and pen perform miracles -they alleviate pain, make dreams come true and summon lost hope. The word has power.”
A legend of the desert tells the story of a man who wanted to move to another oasis, and began to load up his camel. He piled on his rugs, his cooking utensils, his trunks of clothes -and the animal accepted it all. As they were leaving, the man remembered a beautiful blue feather his father had given him. He retrieved it and placed it on the camel's back. With that, the animal collapsed of the weight and died. “My camel couldn't even bear the weight of a feather,” the man must have thought. Sometimes we think the same of others -without understanding that our little joke may have been the drop that caused the goblet of suffering to overflow.

احتجت بعد قراءة كل قصة أن أغلق الكتاب وآخد نفسًا طويلا وأفكر فيم قرأت !
لا تتعدى أية قصة النصف صفحة ، ومع ذلك تقول الكثير ، الذي ربما لو قضيت عمرًا فوق عمرك لا تصل إليه وحدك ! ليس لغرابة الأفكار وإنما لفرط قربها منّا لدرجة تعوق رؤيتها بوضوح !
ربما تشعر أن الأفكار المطروحة مكررة أو بديهية بالنسبة لك ، ولكن قلما استطعت التعبير عنها مثلما فعل الكاتب على الرغم من أنها تصدح بداخلك منذ زمن !
في حاجة لقرائته مرارًا ...

پائولو در این کتاب داستان نمی گه سرگرم کنه! خاطره تعریف نمی کنه که وقت خواننده رو پر کنه!!
پائولو توی این کتاب درس زندگی میده، هر صفحه از کتاب یک درسه، هر خطش یک پنده و انقدر این موقعیت ها نزدیک تجربیات خواننده هست که آدم می تونه خودش رو در تک تک سناریو ها جا بزنه و همزاد پنداری کنه...
در مجموع، کتابیه که راحت می تونید یک نفس تمومش کنید، و باور کنید ارزش یکبار خوندن رو داره...

كتاب جميل يتكلم عن قصص قصيرة وحكم بشكل جميل, اكثر شيء عجبني هي مجموعة قصص تتكلم بشكل خفي ولكن بمعاني كبيرة.
بس انا براي او انصح ان اي شخص يقرا الرواية ان لا يكمله في يوم واحد كل يوم او كل ما يكون عنده مزاج جيد ان يقرأ كم صفحة حتى يستفاد بشكل اكبر وتستطيع ان تخزن اكبر عن من معلومات بداخلك.
بس انا براي او انصح ان اي شخص يقرا الرواية ان لا يكمله في يوم واحد كل يوم او كل ما يكون عنده مزاج جيد ان يقرأ كم صفحة حتى يستفاد بشكل اكبر وتستطيع ان تخزن اكبر عن من معلومات بداخلك.

كتاب قصصى رائع و جميل قصص قصيرة جدا كل قصة لها معنى كبير وحكمة بحياة الشخص لم يعجبى بعض القصص التى تحدث بها باولو بجرأة كبيرة عن الله والتحدث عنه كأى شخص عادي
تقيم الكتاب 4 نجوم , النجمة الرابعة للمترجم كانت مقدمة رائعة من المترجم عن باولو وحياته وتجاربه تفاجئت بالمحاطات التى مر بها باولو وفشله بدراسة الهندسة والقانون وادمانه ليكون بالنهاية كاتبا بهذا الشأن
الكتاب خفيف جدا يحتوى على 50 قصة قصيرة قرائته لن تتجاوز الساعة والنصف, كتاب صغير بحكم ومعانى كبيرة باستثناء التصورات العقدية الفاسدة

أرهقنتي قراءة هذا الكتاب، فمع نهاية كل صفحة كنت أشعر وكأنني أتنفس هواءاً جديداً
يحمل بين طياته أفكاراً فلسفية وايمانية كبيرة وعميقة مصاغة في أقل و أبسط الكلمات، شعرت من اسلوبه بروحانية عالية ذكرني في الكثير من المواضع بروح جبران خليل جبران خاصاً في إستخدامه شخصية "المعلم" في تجسيد الحكمة و الجمال والتعامل مع الطبيعة
لأسلوب "باولو كويلر" طعم جميل استمتعت بمذاقة

صدفة رائعة.. هي ما أوقعت نسخة إليكترونية من هذا الكتاب في يدي
و ما أن قرأت السطور الأولى حتى شدتني للسطر الآخير.. مس قلبي بإيمانه الشفيف الواضح بين سطوره
أعجبني و بشدة بالرغم من أنه كان يُلقنا الدرس المستفاد في نهاية كل قصة
و لكن أحيانا.. ي��ون للتلقين مذاق رائع و طعم مستساغ

للأسف يمارس باولو في كل مؤلفاته ذات الأسلوب المنغمس في حلولية القبالا اليهودية
وهي بإختصار
الحلولية فى التصوف اليهودى يصدر عن الايمان بالوحدانية الكونية حيث يحل الاله فى الطبيعة والانسان والتاريخ اى) الاله والشعب والارض( ويتوحد معها ويصبح قانون واحد وهو القانون الغنوصى الباطنى ان يتحكم فى العالم كله من خلال التفسيرات الباطنية وكتابة التعاويذ وتحضير السحر والبحث عن الصيغ التى يمكن من خلالها التاثير فى الارادة الالهية ثم التحكم فى الكون وحتى لو اخذ هذا التصوف شكل الزهد فالهدف من الزهد ليس تطويع النفس وانما الوصول الى الاله والالتصاق به والتوحد معه والفناء فيه ليصبح المتصوف عارفا بالاسرار
الالهية ومن ثم يصبح هو نفسه الها او شبيها بالاله.

Un livre qu'on lit lentement, quelques pages chaque jour sur lesquels on aime réfléchir. Ce qui a commencé très fort est malheureusement devenu un peu répétitif et plus générique, moins profond comme réflexion au fils des pages. Un livre d'allégories philosophiques et religieuses, sur les thèmes classiques, vie, bonheur, amour, partage, etc. Bref les valeurs à avoir ou à développer. J'aurais aimé qu'il conserve sa grande profondeur tout au long du livre, mais malgré quelques passages plus légers, j'ai bien apprécié ma lecture et certaines pages m'ont permis de réfléchir sur des sujets très intéressants, donc le tout valait amplement la peine.

Maktub means "written" in Arabic, so naturally, i expected the book to reflect more of Arab cultures or beliefs. that wasn't really the case here. the book draws mostly from buddhist and other spiritual traditions. it's made up of short reflections and stories - thoughtful, sometimes inspiring but nothing “new” or groundbreaking
however there was some moments where he’s talking about a "voice" that is telling him to preach the gospel in public places and he HAS to follow it. and i just think if someone of any other religion did the same, it wouldn't be called "preaching the truth" it would be called something else.

كان الفيلسوف الالماني " شوبنهاور " يجول في شوارع " درسدن " بحثا عن اجابات لاسئلة تؤرقه . وعندما مر بحديقة قر ان يجلس قليلا ليتأمل الزهور لاحظ سلوكه الغريب احد الجيران فاستدعى الشرطة . بعد دقائق كان الضابط يسأله : " من أنت ؟ " نظر اليه شوبنهاور من فوق لتحت قائلا : ليتك تساعدني على ان اجد اجابة لهذا السؤال . وساكون شاكرا لك

مقتطفآت " مكتوب " بقلم الملهم : باولو كويلو... عبارة عن قصص روحية سريعة ككوب قهوة صبآحية نرتشفهآ قبل أن نذهب للعمل , لتزيد قوة إيمآننآ بالله ثم بأنفسنآ .
فيها وجدت نفسي وجهاً لوجه مع حلم , أو ربما أحلآم شتى متفرقة ... كأنني على موعد مع القدر لتنظيمها !
يختصر فيها باولو حديثه حول فكرة وآحدة وهي أهم الآفكآر الوجودية منذ بدء الخليقة ... الآيمان يا صآح , الآيمآن !
من نحن دون الآيمآن بالله ؟!
باولو يخبرنا في روحانياته ... أنه مامن شي أقوى من إنسآن مؤمن صآحب حلم !
بالنسبة لآسلوبه السآحر ,, هو سهل ممتنع , يذكرني حقيقةً بأسلوب الشاعر العربي نزار قبآني ,الذي ما انفكيت أعشقه رجلاً وشآعراً , أسلوب السهل الممتنع , فإن نظرت إلى كلمآته وحروفه بنظرة متجرددة دون التعمق في معانيها العميقة الجذرية ؛ ستسعد أثق بذلك ... ففيها أسلوب طفولي برئ مطلي بألوان شفآفة ,لتجعل الروح ترفرف عالياً مع الحرف !
وإن كنت من هوآة " لماذا " , فستكون على موعد مع أعمق المعاني وأكثفها ... فقط فكر وتسآءل : ما مغزآك يا باولو من هذه الجملة وتلك القصة وهذيك الكلمة ؟! .... عندها ستصل الى سلآم مع نفسك بالرغم من انك لن تجد إجابة مهما جاهدت نفسك في البحث !
نعم يآسآدة ... هذا باولو كويلو , صآحب القلم الروحي الذي يحيرنآ ويجعلنآ متعايشين بسلآم مع تلك الحيرة .. مدهش أليس كذلك ؟!
وهذه الجمل هي من أشد ما فتني من عمله " مكتوب " والذي يحمل اسم Maktub .... بنفس الآسم فباولو مفتون بالعرب ولو دققت في رواياته تكتشف في عينيه غراماً عربياً لآ يغآدره في كتآبآته !

لآ فرق بين عظآم المتسولين والفلآحين والملوك ِِِِِِِِِِِِِ
